Tell us your loved one's name, phone number, and preferred call time. Share a few details about their interests, pets, hobbies, and health needs so conversations feel personal from day one.

We Call Them Daily

At their chosen time, our AI companion calls for a friendly chat. It asks about their day, how they slept, whether they've taken their medication, and talks about things they care about.

You Get a Summary

After each call, you receive a brief report with mood insights, health flags, and conversation highlights. If anything seems wrong, you get an immediate SMS alert.

Emergency Detection

While Kindly Call is not an emergency service (always call 000 for emergencies), our system monitors every conversation for signs of distress.

Instant SMS Alerts

If your loved one mentions falling, chest pain, feeling very unwell, or any concerning language, every nominated emergency contact receives an immediate SMS alert with details of what was said.

If there's no answer, we try again after 30 minutes. If they still don't answer, you'll receive a notification so you can check in yourself.

Absolutely. You can adjust the call time, frequency, and conversation topics anytime through your account or by contacting us.
