Kindly Call started with a simple question: what if every elderly Australian living alone could have someone check in on them, every single day?

Why We Exist

Over 1.5 million Australians aged 65 and over live alone. Many go days without a meaningful conversation. For their adult children — often living interstate, juggling work and their own families — the guilt of not calling enough is constant.

We built Kindly Call because we understand that guilt. We know what it's like to lie awake wondering if Mum had a fall, if Dad remembered his tablets, if they're eating properly. And we know that a daily phone call — not a text, not an app notification, but a real voice conversation — can transform their quality of life.
