As a Reignite resident or family member you get your first 14 days free, with no credit card required to start. If it's not right for your loved one, cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged at all.

Does it work with their phone?+

Yes — any phone, landline or mobile. There are no apps to install and nothing for your loved one to set up or learn. We just ring them.

What happens if they don't answer, or seem unwell?+

If there's no answer we try again shortly. If we still can't reach them — or the call raises a concern — the family receives an alert so you can check in. In a genuine emergency, always call 000.

Can I cancel any time?+

Always. There are no lock-in contracts — pause or cancel from your dashboard whenever you like.
